Refund Policy
If Reviewax doesn’t deliver real reviews in 30 days, we refund 100% of your first month. Here’s how it works.
1. Our promise
If you don’t see real 5-star reviews appearing on your Google Business Profile within 30 days of starting your first paid Reviewax subscription, we will refund 100% of what you paid for that first month. No questions, no fine print, no excuses.
We’re confident the Service works because it relies on your real customers and our delivery process. If something goes wrong on our end, we don’t want you stuck paying for a result you didn’t get.
2. Eligibility
You qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee if all of the following are true:
- You are within 30 days of your first paid charge.
- This is your first Reviewax subscription on this account or business (the guarantee covers new customers, not renewals or returning subscribers).
- You actively used the Service — meaning you connected your Google Business Profile and uploaded at least one batch of legitimate end-customer contacts during the 30-day window.
- No real 5-star Google reviews were collected during the period.
- You have not breached our Terms of Service (e.g. no misuse such as fake contacts, spam, or attempted manipulation).
Not eligible
- You did not connect your Google profile or upload any contacts.
- You uploaded contacts who were not your actual customers.
- You cancelled before giving the Service a meaningful chance to operate.
- You received the promised reviews but were unhappy with another aspect of the Service. (You can still cancel anytime; you just won’t qualify for the guarantee refund.)
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund under the 30-day guarantee:
- Email refunds@reviewax.com with the subject line “Refund request — 30-day guarantee”.
- Include the email address on your account and the date of your first charge.
- Briefly describe what happened (or didn’t happen). One or two sentences is fine.
You don’t need to justify or convince us — we just need the basic information to process the refund.
4. Processing time
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 additional business days.

If your bank takes longer or you don’t see the refund within 21 days, contact us and we’ll trace it with Stripe.
5. After the 30-day window
Once 30 days have passed since your first charge, the money-back guarantee no longer applies. However:
- You can still cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; no fee, no penalty.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- We do not generally pro-rate refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you remain a customer until the end of that month.
6. Annual subscriptions
If you signed up for an annual plan and want a refund within the first 30 days under the guarantee, we refund 100% of the annual amount, subject to the same eligibility conditions in Section 2.
After 30 days, we do not refund the remainder of an annual term, but you can cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged at the next anniversary.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at refunds@reviewax.com. We almost always resolve issues directly and faster than a chargeback dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account during the dispute.
- Termination of your account if the chargeback is found to be unfounded under our Terms.
- You being responsible for any chargeback fees we incur if the dispute is decided in our favour.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU and your statutory rights provide a more favourable remedy than this policy, those rights apply.
Reviewax is generally provided to businesses (B2B), so consumer-specific rights may not apply. If you believe you are using the Service as a consumer, contact us so we can confirm.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The 30-day money-back guarantee will continue to apply to any subscription you started under the version of the policy in effect at sign-up. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
